As discussed in our 2025 meeting, we need to begin collecting documentation to report the power issues we are having on Johnathan Drive (and surrounding coves).
Please contact Entergy @ 800-368-3749 to request a report of service down issues. Once you have this, please email it into info@applecreekhoa.org along with the below detail if available (and your address as well please):
Dates and times of each occurrence
Description of the issue (e.g., frequent power outages, voltage fluctuations...etc.)
Photos or video evidence (if applicable)
Impact on residents (safety issues, equipment damage, etc.)
Also include:

One the top issues brought up during the meeting was the lacking appeal of our entrances for both the West and East subdivisions.
In response, we have put together a committee to gather quotes from licensed and bonded landscaping companies to enhance the appeal of the entrances and maintain them going forward.
We hope to have a company identified and hired by the end of the year, with the likely expectation of them coming in and making the changes come Spring 2026.
It was requested that we create an easier way for our residents to communicate and engage with the board. To this end we have created a website, feedback form, group email address and phone number that puts you in direct contact with the board anytime you need us.
Come 2026's meeting we may want to start looking at the possibility of (optional) electronic submission of dues, which comes at a small fee online and thus will need to be voted on.
Please plan on attending next year (or sending a proxy with your written consent to vote on your behalf) so we can make these decisions as a group of caring neighbors!
